Launch of Hyundai i45 in australia

The Hyundai i45 not simply a new vehicle with a new look. It’s a new idea. An idea that dares to deliver the size, performance and comfort of a full-sized sedan, with the fuel-efficiency you’d expect from a smaller vehicle. Styled in the US, i45 boasts Hyundai’s new “fluidic sculpture” design language and is a replacement for the bland Sonata that failed to ignite the Australian market.

Each i45 is subjected to an exhaustive regime of testing you’d expect from Hyundai, a world-class vehicle manufacturer.
So if you’re ready to break with convention, step into the i45 and experience the future.

Power comes from a 2.4-litre petrol four-cylinder engine featuring variable valve timing and direct fuel-injection to optimise power, torque, fuel economy and cut emissions.

On top of this is a six-speed manual or optional six-speed auto on the base model with the mid and top-end cars both scoring the paddle shift auto as standard.

Hyundai is offering only the mid and top-end models called Elite and Premium from this week with the base Active model arriving a few months down the track.
